What are we doing?

Cash Flow Navigátor Kft. a consulting company was established in 2005 in order to rationalize and optimize business processes of companies working both in the manufacturing and in the service industries. The goal is to provide help and support in efficiency improvement and problem solving activities to the small and medium sized companies in the Western Hungarian region to improve Their customer satisfaction by providing better, faster and cheaper products and services.

Our process improvement experience was gathered at a multinational manufacturing environment and we believe that LEAN SIX SIGMA tools and methods can provide support to the success of Your company too.

More than 300 million (!!!) HUF validated annual hard saving was achieved by using LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools and techniques since the start. 250+ people received LEAN SIX SIGMA Green Belt certificates and 500+ projects were ran and mentored.

We worked with involved in the electronics manufacturing factories, textile and wood industry plus with engineering, IT and logistics service providers. Completed LEAN SIX SIGMA projects covered a wide range including:

  • classic defect and scrap reduction actions,
  • quick changeovers,
  • improving the accuracy of the forecasting process,
  • energy consumption decrease,
  • lead time reduction,
  • measurement system and machine capability improvements
  • etc.

Beside teaching the theory only based on the “learning by doing” principle our experts will show and teach You in practice the required LEAN SIX SIGMA tools and techniques to solve Your problem.
